Our fashion stylist will give you a call and assist with you that. Yes, all our orders are wrapped beautifully in spiink boxes depending on the type and size of the product. However to ensure you receive your order in the box, please mention it in extra requirements while placing your order

Shipping time depends on the customisations and design of your order. All the products we have are made to measure and the manufacturing starts on the day you place your order. Our standard products might take upto 7 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays). All the complex designs which includes hand embroidery might take upto 10 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays). If you are not happy with your purchase from Spiink and would like to exchange or return the product, then you are eligible to do that within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com immediately. The email should have your order number, date of purchase, full name, date of delivery and reason of return.
